Today, there were so many different instances, where there was no Gap between the Powerful person and a normal person. A normal person was boosting the powerful person's morale, supporting his view. The powerful person sometimes doesn't get stuff done, wherein the normal person comes in, does what he has learned from the past, implement it and get the things working. A normal person tries to help everyone with every possible means. That's what make him/her succeed in his/her work. Never ever loose your grounds as everyone as at that position one's in their life time. So, in the end if it is powerful or a normal person, whoever puts their willingness to help will WIN.
