Ok here is what went on through the day. It was a vacation at our place ("VETERAN'S DAY"). I could have stayed at home, relax and let it go. But Naaa, I had worries going on with my work. So ended at my cube right this morning and spent seven hrs. After that, came back home, and felt energetic, sought of some happiness was going on. Started to watch TV, cooking (this is my biggest hobby). I wish I can be a Chef one day. So here is my today's recipe:
Cabbage Curry:
Ingredients
One small cabbage shredded
One small onion, 2 Green Chillies
Handful of Green Peas
Procedure
Put a lil bit of olive oil, Green Chillies, Garlic-Ginger crushed, onion, Peas. Saute them for a while and cabbage in the pan. Salt to taste.
Garbanzo/Chole
Ingredients
One small can of Chick Peas/Garbanzo
One Small Onion
One small Tomato and Tomato Sauce
Procedure
Put Olive Oil, Ginger-Garlic crushed, onion. Saute them. Put Tomatoes till they get tender. And then the Garbanzo/chick-peas Put the lid for some time and ready to eat
Hmmm, OK enough of food. So, wht's next. I just want to ponder on
" I have been trying to not think about my WORK when I am at HOME but somehow it doesn't happen. BE HERE doesn't work for me sometime. Why is that, What can I do.. I will try to learn this one day"
